Durum wheat semolina pasta tricolour
Short shapes 500 g.
Obtained from mixing and drawing of durum wheat semolina, water and natural ingredients such as spinach, and tomatoes dehydrated which give the colours green and red. Protein 12 %.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Cook in boiling salted water (1 L per each 100 g of pasta) for 10/11 minutes. Stir from time to time. Drain and season to taste.
